Welcome To Your Oasis
While these are uncertain times, you can count on our top priority to create a safe and clean environment for all guests and team members. Using guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we implemented new protocols to ensure every stay is as safe and peaceful as possible.
Your Room
Before your stay, our stellar housekeeping team will thoroughly deep clean your room. Every high touch point is extensively sanitized, because we know how important it is to pay attention to detail. After all, H2O Hermosa is your oasis and we want you to enjoy your room’s amenities without hesitation.
Throughout the Hotel
Hand sanitizer stations are placed frequently throughout each floor. We ask all guests and team members to socially distance by maintaining a six foot distance when possible and wear a mask at all times unless in your room. We have also reimagined all of our amenities in order to ensure you can safely enjoy your H2O Hermosa experience.
Our Team
Before shifts, every team member’s temperature is taken and throughout the day, we maintain a six foot distance when possible. Additionally, our entire team members frequently participate in health and safety training lessons in order to learn how we can continuously improve our guests’ experience. Although you’ll see us wearing our PPE, we promise we’re smiling behind our masks!
